You can park in front of Bright Coffee or at adjacent businesses. Please don't park at Agnes Cotton Elementary School, however.

Judith Reyna Foster will be teaching a 6-week lesson series in Tango for all levels, focusing on technique, musicality, and floor etiquette. Classes start on April 9, 2024.

COST:

$10/class, or $60 for the series.

Don't miss our First Saturday Matilonga at a beautiful venue!

The San Antonio Tanguer@s will hold their First Saturday Matilonga (that's a Matinee - Milonga) from 4pm - 7pm at the beautifully renovated Sway Dance Club (formerly the Ballroom Dance Annex, if you remember those days).

Bring along your own bottle of water so you can dance all afternoon.

COST:

By April 1: $12.
After April 1: $15.

DIRECTIONS:

From NE Loop 410, take exit 22 for Broadway.
Drive south on Broadway about a 1/2 mile. Look for Bentley's Bar on the right.
Sway Dance (8123 Broadway) is behind Bentley's Bar.
There is plenty of free parking in front of Sway, and additional free parking downhill from Sway (just off Ridgecrest Dr.)

An informal, low-pressure setting for dancers to practice in the first half, then show off their stuff in the second. Practice, learn, coach, make new friends, show off your shoes, eat, drink...dance! Hard wood floors in the kitchen and dining room and a wall of mirrors. Check out Anne's folk art collection. Free! Please bring a snack or beverage to share.
